E L E M E N T A R Y - PROVOKING DISCOVERY in the heart of your child
Introducing Radiant Life Children’s Bible Class Curriculum and 252 Basics Children’s Church Curriculum
Elementary-age kids are in a constant state of discovery. Think about all the different things they are trying for the first time and what they’re learning every day, even how to make (and keep) friends.
How can we tap into the way kids are naturally wired to discover‚ so they can begin to experience for themselves who God is, how He sees them and how much He loves them? How can we show them God’s big story and help them discover the active part they can play in this life-long adventure, to be more like Him?
Each week our Sunday experience is meant to PROVOKE DISCOVERY, inviting kids to live out their new understanding of how to grow in relationship with God and with others. We are working to design a Sunday experience that allows your child to build a strong biblical knowledge and foundation while also developing tools that enable him/her to apply that knowledge in everyday in their world.

SECOND HALF
10:45am-12:15pm – Children’s Church Service – (K-5th Grade) - Featuring large and small group experiences, musical worship, drama, games and biblical teaching. Each month a different core virtue is taught. Why virtues? Because they display God’s character. And when we live them out, not only do we understand His heart more, so do the people around us. 252 Basics uses Bible stories to teach core virtues. And to make it easy to understand, each principle is supported by a weekly Bottom Line—a short phrase so easy to remember that it can be reinforced at home throughout the week. In fact, when a kid transitions into middle school, we want that child to have experienced and own three basic truths modeled by Jesus in Luke 2:52 (light bulb moment—now you know what the 252 means):
I need to make the wise choice.
I can trust God no matter what.
I should treat others the way I want to be treated.
Now introducing: Parent Cue App
Our lives are busy. As parents, we want to prioritize our children. We want to do everything we can to invest in them relationally, to guide them developmentally and to help them grow in their faith in Christ. But it’s just so easy to get caught up in the urgent day-to-day business of life.
This Parent Cue App provides you with simple CUES throughout the week that remind you to pause and make the most of everyday moments.
Every month, Parent Cue will focus on the specific virtue, or life application that your elementary aged student is studying in the 10:30am children’s church service. You will receive prompts for videos, activities, discussion questions and more that will help you connect with your child around this one key virtue. These prompts will come in the form of Drive Time videos, Hang Time activities, and Meal Time discussion starters to help you fit them into the day-to-day moments of your routine. There’s even a section just for you called Parent Time that’s filled with parent blogs, podcasts and more.
